Posted on Jan 18th, 2009 by LindseyF : Sweet Honesty LindseyF
Dear friends,

I hope this finds you all well!

I was wondering...can anyone suggest a wonderful place that would be enlightening and peaceful to travel to? A special place that hasn’t been corrupted by commercialization. ..

Please do email! I've been looking towards India... but please I'm open to anything!

Peace, Love & Happiness

My way of telling you, I can't stop thinking about you..

Isn't it funny.....?

When you try to STOP  thinking about someone and you keep thinking about- trying to STOP thinking about them, so much...that you're right back where you've started?

You pull your Saturday pants from the hamper & begin to ravage the pockets for that piece of torn paper from the convenient grab in the bookstore... from the not yet purchased merchandise... which all stemmed from the lie you told, when you said you didn't have a phone... from which you had hoped to deter further conversation, but they persisted... heh, a mess before you start to mess-knowing immediately it will only end in a... messsss.

You dial away. Is that a 6 or a 0?

"heh, hey...? This is.... Remember, from the bookstore?"

So much enthusiasm greets you on the other end, & you instantly begin to feel guilty.

You return the disingenuous greeting, sounding as though you were smiling..."Yeah I just thought I'd say hello! "

You convince yourself you're not a bad person. You just want company. You just want a distraction from YOUR distraction...

The night ends and you think you've profited. You've filled the void. Temporarily, anyway.

A nice glass of wine. New attractive acquaintance. Stimulating conversation. He/she goes in for a kiss and you turn your head and hold out your... hand?

A night goes by... And you've only made things worse. Now, instead of one, there are TWO people that are trying to stop thinking about someone and keeps thinking about stop thinking about them... and they've only ended up where they've started.

My way of telling you, I can't stop thinking about you.
